Hushed inside, she won't whisper any more tonight
to the happy garrulous breeze, her joyful spirit freer than him
but she won't let that flow
for rain storms are raging her mind
The moon in his silver gown
knightly stars pompously surround
the velvet blue carpet is already thrown to the wind
for the charming moon's princely feet
Tumultous waves now splash the shore
Turbulent winds an' torrential rains
feast the crimson of her heart; most fertile land
snaking sands of ageless impatience
She stands behind the veils
of the darkest drapes of the night
She can feel this an' she does feel more
that thousand pictures shall but vainly strive
An' the snow-kissed moon in his winged spirits
youthful charms obvious in the still blue sea
so night put her lovely kohl on his unwilling face
the prized ornament,a rich jewel he shall but proudly adorn
In the silent hour when dreams rock you to sleep
he sends those treasured kisses earnestly from that golden heart
an' drenches joy jasmine in sparkling dew wine...the jewel of nightly romance
Though surreptitious his moves of love...truest true...sleeping souls cannot deny
She watches all from behind the drapes; a mirror piece of love, an ecstasy she could call her own
A sudden rustle of the gossipy leaves...an' her sighs weave an untold song
dew tears befall her every night; the unstrung pearls
she carefully gathers
But slowly an' slowly as the night is passing
she feels in her heart the spirit of a flowing stream
an' hears a voiceless whisper, whispering at the dew stars
faintly strewn on her cheeks
As tears are turned into its an' pieces of diamond gold
she wakes up bright, as the drapes lazily unfold
to embrace her lover, her spreading arms
red runs wildlfire through blue her veins
Redder each moment she in beauty grows
to kiss her gentle lover again an' again
while the solace of her soul brightly mirrors on his face
dearly he kisses her half-lid eyes
an' taking the crimson of her curly lips
he bathes in the life of her crimson paint
shines in her love, so deep an' dear
he throngs the heart of the green earth red
She blooms an' basks in his love so warm
an' casts upon him a worshipping gaze; for all the cosmos of love an' the cosmos of care
the soul of her life gushes along his scarlet beams
Give her now endless blue moonless nights, give her all that you may
she shall but from this moment richly live, his love for her so does tenderly teach
to brightly flouresce in the pit of night
an' hope the dream of the morning light
