Solitary, silent in silver air
thy face upward in earnest wait
faerie feathery, faintly there
as dainty dreams slowly spread
sleepy souls night's softest hours
lazing late in the lounge of life
lilting lullabies,lingering prayers
winged wishes swinging high
simmering, surging subtly here,
I shall kiss, thy dewy, dewy eyes
as trully as love can ever care
of crimson joy, lest time flies!
